SONOPET JII 4X1/9X1 SA Series 

Seidensha’s newest line-up of compact welders combines the extended functions of the JII 4X0/9X0SA and the ease-of-use of the previous generation of welders, the D-Series.


Familiar Feel and Intuitive Functionality

For our customers that have been using the D-Series for the last decade the JII 4X1/9X1 SA offers the same front panel user-interface that made our last generation of equipment so user friendly.

While the JII 4X0/9X0 rely on Bluetooth for the user to adjust the settings, the JII 4X1/9X1 brings back the touch button and LCD read-out front panel for quick, on the fly adjustments. This makes it easy for users to see the weld outputs without the need of a smart device.


Boosted Amplitude 

Like the earlier JII 4X0/9X0 series, the JII 4X1/9X1 offers a higher base output amplitude than our previous generation of welders.

This allows for the user to make the same weld with less applied pressure, less power consumption, and faster cycle times.


Multiple Types of I/O for PLC Communication

The JII Series can be equipped with several types of I/O to be used with industrial PLCs.

We offer Discrete I/O, EtherNet IP, CC Link, and Industrial CC Link.


Multi-Parameter Settings

Every JII welder can store up to thirty-two (32) different parameter settings. This is ideal for use with systems connecting a single Generator to multiple Transducers, giving you the ability to weld with specific weld conditions for each point.
