SONOPET JII 4X0/9X0 SA Series

Seidensha’s newest generation of compact welders offer a host of new features when compared to our previous generation of welders, the D-Series.


Boosted Amplitude

The JII 4X0/9X0 SA offers a higher base output amplitude than our previous generation of welders.

This allows for the user to make the same weld with less applied pressure, less power consumption, and faster cycle times.


Multiple Types of I/O for PLC Communication

The JII Series can be equipped with several types of I/O to be used with industrial PLCs. We offer Discrete I/O, EtherNet IP, CC Link, and Industrial CC Link.


Bluetooth Compatible

The JII 4X0/9X0 can be used with Bluetooth for monitoring weld conditions from a distance using our custom smart device app, JII Plus.

Secure Settings Adjustments

Perhaps the most common fault of all industrial equipment is that untrained users can often adjust the parameter settings without fully understanding how those changes will affect the end results of the weld.


The JII 4X0/9X0 reduces that risk of failure by completely removing the user interface from the equation. Instead, all settings adjustments can be made by using our fee, custom smart device app, JII Plus, our external LCD Hand Control Unit (HCU), or via PC by using our Windows based J-Tool Software.


All of these methods also allow for leadership to lock the setting adjustment screens with a four-digit passcode

Multi-Parameter Settings

Every JII welder can store up to thirty-two (32) different parameter settings. This is ideal for use with systems connecting a single Generator to multiple Transducers, giving you the ability to weld with specific weld conditions for each point.
